One of my favorite things in life is visiting new places and exploring the great outdoors. Photographing the little details of nature along with treasuring what God has painted for us to enjoy is humbling and reminds me of how small I am in comparison to who He is.

 

Romans 1:20 says, "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities- His eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

This page is a reflection of what God has made, and my prayer is that it will help you see Him and His power even more.

God is the Great Creator of the universe. He created the great outdoors, and His most prized creation is you. Mankind is made in the image of God according to Genesis 1:26-27. God made us perfect to reflect who He is, but we failed to meet that perfect standard, and sin entered the world. Genesis 3:1-24 is the story of how sin (anything we think, say, or do that displeases God) corrupted God's perfect world, and we along with the world became cursed. This curse shows us how hopelessly separated Mankind is from the Holy and Perfect God.  The only hope for us is a promise of a perfect man that would come and deliver mankind from the unbeatable stain of sin. That man was Jesus Christ, who lived a perfect life, died an underserved death, and rose again three days later, joining God the Father in heaven. Jesus is the only hope of all nations. We have the opportunity to turn our lives over to Him by the belief that His death was sufficient for paying the debt we could not pay ourselves.  He broke the curse of sin and death and has offered us eternal life by believing in His sufficient payment for our sin. John 3
